How we work
One number, one process, every job
Most portable restroom orders go wrong in one of two places: the count is guessed, or the site turns out to be something other than what was described on the phone. We built the process around both.
Counts come from a published rule rather than from experience alone. Job sites follow OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51(c), which sets one toilet for crews of 20 or fewer and one toilet seat plus one urinal per 40 workers above that. Events follow the PSAI planning ratios with the 2010 ADA requirement for at least one accessible unit in every cluster. That arithmetic goes on the quote, so the number is defensible to a safety officer or a permit reviewer.
Site conditions come from asking before the truck rolls. Grade, gate width, overhead tree canopy, winter plow lines, association rules and power distance all decide where a unit can actually sit. A photograph of the intended spot prevents more failed deliveries than any amount of description.

On licensing: Minnesota does not license portable-restroom rental brokers. The independent haulers who deliver units hold the applicable MPCA septage-hauling authorization, and we will name the servicing hauler on any quote.

No. Porta Potty Rentals Minnesota is a booking service. We size the order, match it to an independent Minnesota portable sanitation contractor already running a route near your address, and issue the itemized written quote. The hauler owns the units and does the servicing. We will name that contractor on request on any quote.
Why book through you instead of calling a hauler directly?
Two reasons. We size the order against the published standard, the OSHA ratio for job sites or the PSAI event ratio plus the ADA cluster rule for events, and we put that arithmetic in writing. And we know which hauler already services your route, which is what actually decides your delivery charge. If you already have a hauler you trust who covers your address, call them.
What does a quote include?
Delivery, placement and levelling, one service visit per week, and pickup, each on its own line. Any seasonal charge such as winter antifreeze is listed separately rather than folded into the rate. Quotes hold for 14 days from issue, and no deposit is collected before you approve one.
How quickly do you respond?
A written quote by email or text within four business hours, and a same-day callback on any voicemail left before 4:00pm Central. Voicemail left after hours is returned the next business morning. Calling is always faster than the form.
What areas do you cover?
The Twin Cities seven-county metro is our densest coverage, with placements booked out to St. Cloud, Rochester, Mankato and Duluth. Delivery inside the metro is normally bundled into the rate. Past roughly 30 miles from the servicing yard, mileage is billed at $2.50 to $4.50 per mile each way.
Do you handle permits?
