What we collect

This site has no forms and collects nothing automatically. When you call or text us we record what you tell us: the delivery address, the dates, the crew size or guest count, and a contact number to send the quote to. Nothing else.

Who it is shared with

To quote and fulfil your job we pass the delivery address, dates, unit requirements and a contact number to the independent Minnesota portable sanitation contractor servicing that route. That sharing is the entire point of a booking service and it is not optional if you want a unit delivered. We do not sell contact details to third parties, and we do not pass your information to contractors who are not being asked to quote your specific job.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not convert are retained for 24 months so we can reference prior pricing if you come back. Completed job records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Ask us at [email protected] and we will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels. If Google Analytics 4 is enabled it records anonymised page views and phone-number clicks, so we can tell which pages lead to calls. No analytics tooling is loaded unless a measurement ID is configured. The sizing calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

Terms attached to published pricing

Every price on this website is a planning range compiled from published Minnesota rental quotes and national cost guides, with sources named on the pricing page. Ranges are not offers and do not constitute a contract. The itemized written quote we issue for your specific address and dates is the only binding figure, and it is valid for 14 days from issue unless it states otherwise.

What we are, legally

Porta Potty Rentals Minnesota is a booking and referral service operating as a service-area business from Minneapolis, MN. We do not own portable restrooms, trailers or service vehicles, and we do not hold a contractor licence because Minnesota does not licence portable-restroom rental brokers. The independent contractors who deliver and service your units are responsible for operating within Minnesota Rules chapter 7041 for septage management and any applicable local requirements.

The permit deadlines, fees, office addresses and regulatory summaries on this site were compiled from published city, state and federal sources and carry the date they were checked. They are provided as reference, not as legal or regulatory advice, and requirements change. Confirm anything material with the relevant authority before you rely on it.
